Should I wear a MASK while Running or Jogging ?

Running or jogging increases the need of oxygen in the body, and it will increase the air intake, anything in front of your mouth will always restrict the free flow of air, which will restrict the oxygen supply to the body. Due to this you will land up in under supply of oxygen to the body.

Also because of mask you end up rebreathing frequently. So when you exhale ,Some of the air remains in the mask,and  you will land up re breathing the same air. That will lead to increasing co2 level in the body. 

So,concluding this, mask is not a very good option if you’re doing any cardiovascular exercise or endurance activity like running, jogging or functional training.

This way you can maintain social distancing while jogging or running, and you don’t have to wear masks because people are not around, you can continue your walk, or jog with keeping your performance and still be safe.
